Our Day Hire includes any chosen/available time slot between the hours of 9am-5pm

We operate our hires 7 days a week

We take payment on delivery of our castles/equipment via bank transfer or cash.

We don't take a booking fee or deposit prior to the date, should the booking be cancelled, due to weather related issues.

All equipment is safety checked and cleaned with anti-bacterial solution on delivery, for your peace of mind.

We do require all bookers to sign our terms and conditions on the day of the booking, which are available below, to download.

Cancellation

Your safety and well being is our number 1 priority! We always put your safety before any profit!

For Outdoor bookings, we would have to cancel your booking when wind speeds exceed 24 mph and during heavy rain or snowy conditions.

We have a 100% Safety record which is testament to our putting your safety at the heart of what we do.

We regularly monitor weather conditions leading up to your booking and will be in contact, should we have to make a change to your booking.
